  • Best Mechanic in WA, maybe Australia! When I dropped off the car, they asked if it had any other issues they could help with. I casually mentioned the engine light on the dash, but I said don't stress as I had it looked at by 5 other mechanics who had "fixed it" only for it to come back on a few days later. Well, I got a call from the boss. He wanted to get the ok to spend up to an hour on the engine, confident that he should be able to fix it. What the hell I thought... ok, give it a go... Well, it has been 10,000 kms and months later, and it's fixed!!! All for it cost was an extra half an hour labour! Best money I have ever spent! They were so confident they it was fixed that they said if it came back on, I could bring it back for free. Best Toyota mechanic in Australia!!! I can't recommend Gascoyne Auto Service enough!!!!! I wish I could rate them 10 stars.

  • Me and my partner are backpackers traveling Australia and we came here as our car was having trouble starting in the morning. We had two previous mechanics look at it and they couldn’t fix it. Ben managed to squeeze us in very last minute and was amazing. We dropped into Gascoyne auto after being turned away from other dealerships in the same area when we had an oil leak we couldn't diagnose on our LandCruiser 200 series. Ben had all the time in the world to come out to inspect and give his opinion on what he believed it was. We decided to book in our repair of our rocket cover leak with Ben and the team. Whilst repairing this, we noted a few other small issues we were having which were dealt with and repaired when again other mechanics I had been too could not sort.
